Return Policy

Order Cancellation and Withdrawal

The Buyer - Consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely (i.e. remotely) within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. This period is intended to allow the Consumer to reasonably familiarize themselves with the nature, properties and functionality of the goods. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods that have been used in a way that makes it impossible to resell them as unused. If the goods show irreversible signs of use, the Seller may reject the withdrawal from the contract.

The Consumer may also withdraw from the contract before the goods are delivered.

The withdrawal from the contract must be delivered to the Seller no later than the 14th day of the period. To speed up the process, it is advisable to indicate the date of purchase, order number, bank details and method of returning the goods.

Refund
