I. General Provisions
- The administrator of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is M&M Import Export s.r.o., ID 08571503, with its registered office at K Žižkovu 809/7, Prague 9, 190 00. (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator").

- Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
- The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
II. Sources and Categories of Personal Data Processed
- The Administrator processes personal data that you have provided to him or personal data that the Administrator has obtained on the basis of fulfilling your order.
- The Administrator processes your identification and contact details as well as data necessary for the performance of the contract.
III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
- The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- Performance of the contract between you and the Administrator pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- The legitimate interest of the Administrator in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial messages and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- Your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society, if no goods or services have been ordered.
- The purpose of processing personal data is:
- To process your order and fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Administrator; when placing an order, personal data necessary for the successful completion of the order is required (name and address, contact details), the provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without providing personal data it is not possible for the Administrator to conclude or perform the contract,
- Sending commercial communications and performing other marketing activities.
- The Administrator does not make any automatic individual decisions within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. You have expressly consented to this processing.
IV. Data Retention Period
- The Administrator stores personal data:
- For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Administrator and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).
- For the period until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 15 years if personal data is processed on the basis of consent.
- After the expiration of the personal data retention period, the Administrator deletes the personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Administrator's Subcontractors)
- Recipients of personal data are individuals:
- Involved in the delivery of goods/services/payment processing based on the contract,
- Providing e-shop operation services and other services related to the operation of the e-shop,
- Providing marketing services.
- The Administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.
- Operated services, provision of marketing, and support services:
- Google Analytics – records cookies and website usage
- Google Adwords – records cookies and website usage
- Google Purchases – review request, collects email if you agree during the ordering process
- Heureka – collects purchase conversions and emails for the "Verified by Customers" service.
- Zboží.cz – collects purchase conversions and emails
- Sklik – records cookies, website usage, and purchase conversions
VI. Your Rights
- Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:
- The right to access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR,
- The right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR,
- The right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR,
- The right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR,
- The right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR,
- The right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the Administrator specified in Article III of these Terms and Conditions. You can withdraw your consent at any time in your customer account.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated.
VII. Conditions for Securing Personal Data
- The Administrator declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
- The Administrator has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and personal data repositories in paper form, in particular secure/encrypted website access, encryption of customer passwords in the database, regular system updates, regular system backups.
- The Administrator declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.
VIII. Final Provisions
- By submitting an order through the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of personal data protection and that you accept them in full.
- You agree to these terms by ticking your consent in the online form. By ticking the consent, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of personal data protection and that you accept them in full.
- The Administrator is entitled to change these terms. He will publish the new version of the Privacy Policy on his website and at the same time send you the new version of these terms to your email address provided to the Administrator.
